These terms apply to your use of operilo.com and to joining our waitlist. They do not cover any paid service - if you become a customer, we will agree separate terms with you in writing before anything starts.

Using this website

You may read this website and share links to it freely. You may not use it to break the law, attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or disrupt it for other people.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. It is not an order, a contract, or a guarantee that we will offer you a service. We may close, pause or reprioritise the waitlist at any time.

When you join, we will email you about early access and launch. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to info@operilo.com. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Accuracy of this website

We keep this website as accurate as we can, but it describes products that are still being developed. Descriptions, features and availability may change. Nothing on this website is a contractual promise or professional advice.

Our content

The text, design, logo and code of this website belong to Operilo LTD. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

We provide this website as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Languages

These terms are published in English and Hebrew. If the two versions differ, the English version is the one that applies.
